Basically the whole story, but through a lens of Laszlo justification. i.e. he didn't KNOW it was full strength, he was SO SURE it wouldn't be that bad, anyway NO ONE WAS HURT what's the big deal.
Aaaaaand then he was expelled and PP took him in! The part where it set off an investigation into his home life is a little bit muddier but they might suspect that it's connected.
